In 2006 John produced a litter from a pure El Salvador Blood X Nicaraguan. The Nicaraguan female ended up being het for Blood, while the mutation was obviously compatible the results were a little different. These Bloods have a much more orange look to them compared to the deep red of the El Salvador morph. Since John has a pure Nicaraguan het Blood he will be working to make true Nicaraguan Blood boas.
