Gilbert Boas

These two animals are founding stock and P generation for a US Captive Breeding program of this rare locale.  Produced in a Serpentarium in Grecia, Alejuela, Costa Rica called Zoocriadero World Snakes, and are part of the first group to enter the United States on CITES.  Produced by Robert Meidinger, and imported by Ernie Eison, they were acquired through Kevin Barnett of Ectothermics.  Their heritage can be traced back to boas originally collected from Liberia, CR by Robert.  They have produced litters in 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2013.
